Please find below an update on what we are doing to ensure maximum flexibility for your bookings and your wellbeing when you stay with us.
We will allow guests who have made bookings for stays before June 1, 2020, to modify their reservations free of charge or receive a full refund for cancellation, where applicable. This is valid for bookings made directly with the hotel, from our brand website (www.sarpedor.com) or via our call centre (+90 (252) 337 1200). Please contact the hotel directly to modify or cancel your reservations.
We will provide flexible rates which can be cancelled until 10 days before your arrival without penalty during 2020 season. For bookings made through a travel intermediary (e.g. travel agents, OTAs, Tour Operators), please contact your booking provider for assistance.
Room Service Included Package
We have prepare a new package with room service included. You don't need to go to any restaurant and enjoy our spacious balconies and terraces for your safe eat & drink experience.
All Restaurants with Outdoor Tables
Besides the snack restaurant which is on the beach already, we have provided more outdoor tables to our Sunset Restaurant (Main Restaurant) for your safety.
A la carte Service (No Buffet) Package
All meals in our Sunset Restaurant (Main Restaurant) and Snack Restaurant will be served a la carte. You don't need to be careful about social distancing at buffet, you can choose anything from our a la carte menus.
For the guests, who even don't want to get room service into their room, they can order their meals which will be served with take-away boxes to their rooms in this package.
Our reception experience will give you a chance to check-in outdoor while you are having our welcoming treats.
